Overview
FlowWaz is a cloud-based workspace for lead management and sales workflows. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we treat it. We write for an early-stage product: honest boundaries, not pretend enterprise compliance pages.
By using FlowWaz, you agree to this policy alongside our Terms of Use. If you disagree with how we describe our practices, please do not use the service.
Information we collect
Account information you provide when you sign up or update your profile—for example name, email address, and credentials needed to authenticate you.
Workspace data you create while using the product, such as leads, notes, tasks, pipeline status, offers, reminders, and similar records tied to your account.
Limited technical and operational data needed to run the service—such as server logs, diagnostics, basic device or browser metadata, and security signals that help us detect abuse or outages.
How we use information
To provide and operate FlowWaz: host your workspace, sync your data across sessions, deliver features you choose to use, and keep your account working reliably.
To secure the service: monitor for fraud or abuse, investigate incidents, and improve safeguards over time.
To communicate with you about the product: essential service notices, responses when you contact us, and occasional product updates when appropriate. We do not send unrelated marketing spam from this channel.
Data retention
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for backups, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Exact retention periods may evolve as the product matures.
If you ask to delete your account or specific data, we will honor requests where technically feasible and consistent with law, subject to limited exceptions (for example backups or unresolved abuse investigations).
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not build a business model around trading customer data.
Like most SaaS products, we rely on trusted third-party providers for infrastructure—for example hosting, email, analytics, error reporting, or payment processing when billing is enabled. Those providers process data only as needed to perform their services for us, under appropriate agreements.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect safety, rights, or the integrity of the service.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for an early-stage SaaS product to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity in your workspace. Enable strong passwords and limit shared access to people who truly need it.
Your choices
You may access, update, or correct much of your account information directly in the product where those features exist.
You may stop using FlowWaz at any time. For account deletion or other privacy-related requests, contact us through the Contact page and we will work with you in good faith within practical limits.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page on this website. We will respond as promptly as we can.
