These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlowWaz—the web application, related services, and this marketing site where applicable. FlowWaz is an early-stage SaaS product; we aim for clarity and fairness, not legalese for its own sake.

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or otherwise using the service in a meaningful way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FlowWaz.

You agree to use FlowWaz only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will not attempt to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.

You will not use FlowWaz to send spam, deceive others, harass individuals, distribute malware, or process data you are not entitled to handle. We may investigate and suspend access for behavior that puts users, the platform, or third parties at risk.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

If you invite teammates or share access, you are responsible for their conduct within your workspace to the extent reasonable for a product at our stage. Use roles and permissions thoughtfully as we add them.

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, incidents, or product iteration may cause downtime or temporary limitations.

FlowWaz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not enforceable.

We may modify, add, or remove features as the product evolves. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect reality—changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

Continued use of FlowWaz after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where law requires a different process. If a change is material and we can reasonably notify you, we may do so by email or in-product notice.

FlowWaz retains all rights to the software, branding, documentation, and content we create. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to these Terms.

You retain rights to data and content you submit to your workspace. You grant us only the license necessary to host, process, and display that data so we can operate FlowWaz for you—nothing more.

You may stop using FlowWaz and request account closure through the product or by contacting us, subject to technical and billing realities as they exist at the time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where we must do so to comply with law. We will act proportionately where practical for a company at our stage.
